Unhappy moments..





You know that feeling of being sick, but you're not really sick.
You just feel sad, unhappy and upset. That moment when you feel like nothing works.. when you feel like your hard work is never appreciated..
There are times like this in life, but everything goes by someday! And we don't have to fall in depression! Sometimes the present is not how we want it to be, but just think that if this is how it has to be, maybe sometimes in the future everything will work better. Just think that, maybe it has to be this way and maybe if this would be different, it would influence our the future, too! We don't have to be upset just because nothing is coming together! We just have to appreciate what we have, 'cause maybe there are other people out there that would love to have what we already have. And we never know if what we have now, would be ours in the future, too. So we have to appreciate everything, every person, every moment, because we don't know what the future brings! And we have to be happy NOW! Because time goes by, it never stops! And these times, these moments.. we would never live them again! And we'll think about them for the rest of our lives.
So don't lose this train! Jump in it and let it drive you through this life! And never expect things to work right away.
All things happen when the right time comes. Just be patient, because life is made out of good and bad. And after bad days, best days are around the corner, getting ready to come out!
And what's more important, when you have bad days, just let the people that love you and care for you, do their magic! Give them permission to comfort you! Believe me, you'll feel better! :)
And never think that just because you have bad days, your life sucks! NO! Don't be such a pessimist! That's how life is: things come and go.
You have to wait for the better days, 'cause they're on the way!
And because you go through unhappy moments, don't make people that love you think that it's their fault. Because there are people that try their best to make you happy! Don't make them think that they're useless. Just sit and think: how blessed you are to have this special and rare species of people around you!
Always appreciate the people that cry when you cry, that laugh when you laugh! These are the people that you need in your life. Because they dedicate their time to understand your situation and they try their best to see you smile again!
Sometimes you may feel tired..you may feel low.. Just take your time to heal yourself. 
Listen to songs you used to love, try to listen to old ones. Try to remember how it used to be, 'cause sometimes is good to "travel" back in time to remember how you used to be. To remember the old you. And how happy you were. These things would determinate you to think that happiness is still there! Try to talk to people, to ask them things; be curious!
 Try to take long baths. Spend quality time with yourself! 
Read, listen, speak, try, love!
And never forget to keep your head up, no matter what!
